- Job training and skill building is essential to our purpose and will hold integrity and relevance to the local culture, while addressing the global market and its potential inclusion
- Employment priority goes to local residents (especially the youth) in our restaurant, hostel, farm and all other aspects of our business
- We will initiate micro-financing programs to approved parties with mentoring, support, funding and compliance reviews
- Since we have a unique space and approach, advertising, marketing and promoting other local businesses allows us to refer our visitors to many other organizations and businesses that can meet different needs and experiences, without interfering with our profits, while expanding our referral business
- Through our retreats, festivals, NGO exposure and volunteer opportunities, we will promote León and Nicaragua as a whole to otherwise non-travelers and travelers with undecided destinations
- Nicaragua offers a variety of foods, services and products that are unique to the region. In some arenas there are large profit margins through import/export opportunities that positively contribute to the world, support local producers and assist in funding our social programs and community offerings
