The Property
Uno Mundo currently features a 60+ bed ecolodge, a large group guest house and studio, a farm-to-table restaurant, a large terrace and bar area, an auditorium, 5 pools (2 natural spring-fed), multi-purpose meeting spaces, playgrounds, pavilions, picnic areas, patios, ponds, gardens, cold tubs, water fountains, fruit trees and abundant wildlife.
The land itself is well watered with 2 deep dug wells and a spring-fed creek, and is well shaded with beautiful and plentiful mature trees. This canopy also houses a variety of arboreal residents.
The development plan seeks to renovate all existing structures as well as build private cabanas and eventually treehouses. High-intensity, organic permaculture gardens will supply our farm-to-table restaurant, while creating jobs, opportunities, revenue and more educational material for children and visitors alike.
